    I have problems vin reading and when I open diagnostic and appears massage error code: 3 authorization check failed ... the maxsys is new and cannot use

    Error code 3 means the language not authoirzed. So please make sure the language you selected is English. If it is, please re-download all the vehicle software again.

    Go to Maxisys->Data Manager->Apps Uninstall, please delete the software first and then it will appear in Update for downloading again.
